Ok so I am on the mobile version, and I dont see the dagger, even tried clicking on the one in her mouth in the left image
Which device are you using? It should of worked. the dagger she throws is small so try spamming it to see if you see something flying across the screen.
Solution
You cannot move and attack at the same time.
