Can you tell me a bit more about what you mean? You can't click the 'new game' button in the starting screen?
You can't click the tutorial, drag the guy, hover/click over any icons? Hmm.
I've never heard of that... have you tried running the game fullscreen/not fullscreen? There's also a Windows version you can DL. It sounds like a browser/itch io issue to be honest though. You could also try using a different browser (i.e., firefox instead of a chromium based browser).
