yeah disinformation is a real word but a more useful term would be misinformation
I'm sorry but there is no way that the comment WASN'T intentionally dishonest. You can't genuinely believe something like THAT to the point where you post it, wholeheartedly thinking it's true. That, by definition, is disinformation.
