To be honest, I've never read a visual novel that has touched my heart so deeply or made me cry more than this one. Seeing such a close portrayal of death, with such realistic depictions of the characters' feelings, made me feel like I was experiencing it myself in some way.
The way they both remember their experiences together from their own prespectives was truly heartbreaking, yet beautiful. That feeling of having lost someone so dear and important to you and cling to the fact that they're still there and that you can't let them go, even though it's hurting you; but on the other hand havig the strenght to try to live again without them and rebuild your life is something I'd never seen depicted this good before, and impacted me immensely. Or the fact that Syun and Lake's relathionship felt so real, with their insecurities and regrets. Not something perfect and idealistic.
Or, on the other hand, experiencing this but as someone close to the person who lost them and see them break. Watch them fall apart and try to comfort them, to let them know you actually care. This was truly a beautiful visual novel, and anyone who's interesed in it should definitely play it, because they're genuinely going to discover such a work of art.
