So this mod is amazing and certainly the best. But also, I don't know if it's a bug or not but I can get stars for some factions that don't have a tech tree (SPD and Terdantex are two of them). I just wanted to make sure if it is a feature or not :)
That's a great question. So, this happens because there are secret bases in the game, or because the developer intends to add more later.
