I had to make an account just to comment here. I absolutely loved this story. Enjel is definitely my Favorite. I love when creators aren't scared to have Incest in their stories and are able to handle how fucked up it is. So many creators are scared to actually have Taboo Topics in their stories due to Purity Culture and all that mess.

I understand why people would try to avoid taboo topics in the first place, because it is actually hard to portray them as grave and as seriously as they are. It can come across as shock value or “boo incest jumpscare!” and that diminishes its seriousness. But I very much agree that people shouldn’t be afraid to touch on those topics if they wish to do so, especially if it drives the point of their story even more.
