Hi everyone!

My name is Cookie, and I’m a developer currently building a multiplayer mod in Unity for the classic 2012 Glu mobile game, Samurai vs Zombies Defense.

I have the core foundations in place, and am looking for an enthusiastic 3D Modeler/Texture Artist who wants to collaborate, build their portfolio, and make some connections in the indie dev space.

I have attached a couple of screenshots of models already in the game below:

🗡️ About the Project Samurai vs Zombies Defense is a nostalgic title for many, and bringing a multiplayer aspect to it is a fun, exciting challenge. The art direction is strictly low-poly

🎨 What I’m Looking For: I am looking for someone to help convert existing 2D character references into these low-poly 3D models and texture them (rigging/animation will come later, but if you can do that too, it's a huge plus!).

  • Style: Low-poly, stylized.
  • Workload: Flexible. This is a passion project I've been contributing to in my spare time.
  • Software: Whatever you prefer to model in (Blender, Maya, etc.), as long as it imports cleanly into Unity v2017.4.

🤝 What’s In It For You? I want to be completely upfront that this is currently an unpaid, volunteer/hobby project. However, my goal is to make this valuable for your time:

  • Portfolio Building: You'll get to design distinct characters that will standout on an ArtStation page or demo reel.
  • Networking: A chance to collaborate closely with a developer, build a long-term connection, and ship a completed mod together.
  • Low Stress: No crunch, no hard deadlines.

📫 How to Apply If you love classic mobile/pc games, low-poly art, or just want a cool project to add to your resume, I’d love to chat!

Please reach out to me on Discord, my username is cookieface with a link to some of your previous work or your portfolio.

Thanks for reading, and I'm looking forward to creating something awesome together!

Hello,

I’m a 3D artist looking to build a stronger portfolio and gain more hands-on experience in the game industry. I have experience creating stylized 3D assets, and lately I’ve been experimenting more with stylized characters as well.

I tried adding you on Discord, but I got a message saying you’re not accepting friend requests.

I’d be happy to collaborate if your post is still available. My Discord username is ioana_d.
