Full Disclosure: I helped edit this game. That said, that doesn't really impact my rating. I've edited stuff that I absolutely hated. I like The Ossuary. It's an interesting game that mixes two of my favorite things together: Gritty Fantasy and an Undead Apocalypse.
Mechanically, it's both engaging but also simple and concise. Prep is very easy for the GM, as well. It's set up for a "sandbox" style of play. You can have a short campaign up and running in the space of a single evening, making it a great game to pull out when the "regular game" doesn't fire off.
And if you like it enough, it may become the regular game.
I can see myself running a somewhat lengthy campaign of The Ossuary. Maybe stealing heavily from The Morrow Project and swapping out the MP bolt holes for The Ossuary's fortified, er.... ossuaries.
In short, there's a lot of potential for fun here. The premise is interesting, the mechanics refined, and the world wide open for exploration.
