What I enjoyed the most:
- The SFX and BGM mixes really well with the gameplay
- The artstyle with the more purpleish and blueish pallet. I really like the pixel art of the upgrades and the enemies.
- The animations and the clock behind, really on point
- Gameplay that's easy to start and jump right in!
What could be better, in my opinion:
- More handholding in the beginning, even though the levels escalate slowly. I do think there's a big jump from
- Using a different type for the instructions, when it goes to fullscreen it is not really good for readability
- I missed juice! This could've significantly improved my experience and feedback
- Bullets hitting, flashy effects, flashy textures, and some hit taking feedback.
Really good for a first solo submission though! Looking forward for the next games. :)
