Well, in my opinion, you're already halfway there, why stop there? Just the boobs and the punishment system is already 18+ content, even if there's no nudity. So really you could just go for it. Maybe if you were worried about content creators playing it you could add an option to turn off the 18+ stuff, but your main audience is already looking for inscryption but with boobs anyhow.
