As the title says, I'm looking for a project to join (note, this will be my first game jam in case that matters to your team). I lean more towards the experimental and darker / anxiety realm (see links below) but I love all kinds of music. Outside of metal, I also do piano and string stuff, and some calmer stuff that I can send over if you're interested. I really like writing for story and atmosphere which is what is drawing me to try video game composing, I do my own mixing/mastering, I know how to cut songs to work for loops, I am not familiar with the programming/game engine part though. I do have a full time job so I'm largely unavailable during the day during the week, but I have a lot of time in the evenings and weekends.
Favorite Metroidvanias would be Hollow Knight/Silksong, Super Metroid, both Ori's, and Haiku, The Robot.
Sleep Paralysis - Spotify - Last Drop of Sunlight is a Chopin-ish piano intro, Fever Dream and Fever Dream II have chiptune parts in it, You Can Never Run Fast Enough and Stress are ragtime/stride influenced, Helplessness is an experimental piece that is built off of the Shepard Tone (aka the Mario 64 endless staircase)
