Hey, do you get any error notifications when the character list is loading / you attempt to start a rotation?
Not at all, it just doesn't initiate
I *do* get a network error if I try to reinstall the update in the main menu, though
After learning this, I turned off my firewall to see if it would work, but it didn't
EDIT: I FIXED IT!
For people with this same issue (on Windows), you have to go to Window's Security settings in "Firewall and Network Protection". Next you have to find "Allow an App Through Firewall" and add the .exe you use to start the game.

Gotcha. Thanks for checking that. Yea it sounds like something is preventing the game to communicate with the outside world.
If you could share the game's log file, that would allow me to investigate what's going on here.
The log locations are:
- windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\clankerbox\Andrew's Dream Blunt Rotation Playtest\Player.log
- macos: ~/Library/Logs/clankerbox/Andrew's Dream Blunt Rotation Playtest/Player.log
