The game launches in a strange borderless window that's cornered at the top left and has no title bar I can drag around. It would be nice if it had a title bar so I could move the window around, I have a large monitor and I'd like to center the window.

The window is borderless since it is currently made for full screen mode. Do you want the game to take up the entire screen or do you prefer to have it as a window in the middle of the screen? If you want full screen, you might be able to get it to work by changing the resolution in the Settings menu and if that fails, let me know which resolution you use. If you don't want full screen, I will think about a solution.

Your question confuses me. I'd simply like windowed mode to have a border and title bar so I can drag it around, like a normal windowed mode.

Making the window resizable with the mouse is tricky since I'd need a way to scale graphics dynamically. But if you only want to move the window around, that is easier for me. Do you also want to be able to choose the resolution of the window in the settings menu?
