Those 50 pixels are not helping. I can't read anything in that image even when I zoom in. And I have no idea what you mean by pledge tasks.
Pledge task are for joining the Greek Houses. The option to be Free Use at parties happens during those parties at the Greek Houses..
Open the image in another tab, will enlarge enough by itself without zoom..
