Those are scenes with Isabelle (Berrys friend). They'll unlock at the end of the game, just interact with her in the frontyard during the second time slot (2:00 pm in game) when she starts to appear. It's a small progressing storyline so make sure to do it multiple times even if it doesn't give a scene the first time 👍🏻
