Hi KitDa Games! Thank you for creating this great demo game! Artstyle is absolutely chef kiss, character design, map, mobs, the scenes. Particularly the Player. Absolutely stunning!!! 

Review : Not sure if this is an intended mechanic of the game, but the Attack animation can be cancelled by Crouching. The Player attacks twice each combo, it goes 1, 2. But if you Crouch immediately after combo 1 (Keyboard : J-S-J-S-J) the Player can attack really, really fast. Possibly 2.5 hits per second if timed correctly. Although it would be difficult if you do that and have to Block or Dodge in between, it still really increases the DPS of the player. Please do make use of this info in any way you like, hope this info helps in any way at all!

(Note : animation cancelling also works with Heals or Blocks, but Heal-Attack (J-O-J-O) is slower than Normal Attack, while Block-Attack (J-Space-J-Space) can sometimes get interrupted by a Parry, but if timed correctly can also be slightly faster than Normal Attack. Still slower than Crouch-Attack imo.)

In fact, we intentionally designed this mechanism, we want any action in the game can be interruptible by another action, except taking damage and dodging. This also means that some players might exploit the system to create the high attack-speed playstyle you mentioned. However, we believe this playstyle is acceptable, because enemy attack frequency in the later stages of the game only becomes stronger. This approach suits players who want to challenge themselves.
