Did you find the various TTS mods I did for it? I did all the Make War, Not War scenarios up in TTS Workshop. Uh, I just looked at the way I did it before, and surprise, I didn’t… So, in TTS, I guess you could just make additional unit “states” so each state has the new stats. The way I have it on my TTS modes is that the state is how you know if units are hidden (state 1), observed (state 2) or already moved (state 3). Having them change size on TTS, I think it is easiest to have the states just be different sizes, so state 1 is the normal state, state 2 through however many is the degraded state(s). It would probably make the hidden/observed state not work, but it would do what you want.
