Thats not mini gray its Dingle and you can get him by clicking on the top right and Suflur you have to wait for his icon to run where The other bonuses are.
im pretty sure its actually via pressing ENTER but i do NOT recommend it cuz your screen will get shuffled around by every icon, and you have to gamble to get him
