I have and i haven't gotten it, it's still a pumpkin
1. Get the pumpkin hat. (It should be in crafting)2. Place the pumpkin hat on the pumpkin. 3. Go to the demon ritual location. 4. Do what you must. 5. You get the pumpkin girl!(That's how I remembered doing it)
