when I open the game on Web and Android app, it skips the loading screen then shoes me a black screen for 5+ minutes, i cant use my email to log in although I have signed in with it on the first game, I got my userid and wanted to retry but it's just showing me a black screen, I've reopened the app and browser, nothing changed
