tbh the trans stuff in this game literally boils down to playing as a woman with a dick or a man with a pussy in dol trans mod you at least head to take hrt and could get face transphobia or get misgendered while boymoding/girlmoding
Then the devs say they don't want to add bigenital options because "it would make people into a fetish" when no, that's just part of some people's identity, and the same can be said about their inclusion of trans characters.
