I remember reading the vn some years ago and I love everything about it, the ROs, the story, the background, art and world building everything, except MC. 

I played as a male mc and I felt a lot of options and interactions where written in a more traditionally "feminine"  way, especially when interacting with the male ROs, I'm not talking about the possible NSFW scenes and whether MC can be the top in them (something I'd personally be interested to know too), but rather the everyday interactions with the crew. Has this been revised? Or is it still the same? I was thinking of buying the game, but I'd like to know what to expect first.

You genuinely spoke my mind, I really hope that we do get a small tweak for the interactions between the ROs and the male MC, ESPECIALLY the male ROs, I feel like the game would become even better than it already is if that were to happen. It would make it SO much easier for the male players to envision themselves as the MC. The NSFW topping optiono would be a great addition as well, hopefully it gets considered!
