Yes There will be more updates!! My discord server and YT channel (community tab) have more info on future updates if you are interested!
As for your other question, no there is no difference between the windows and android version. Although for the upcoming update the android port will most likely take longer to release. I am using a new file (Due to lag, crashing issues and bugs) so it has to be ported to android from scratch as I cannot just replace the file. (It freezes on the lunime screen. I tested it.)
