I have two questions Will there be an ending with Doctor or Ticket Taker? And will the game be translated into Spanish?

Sadly there will no romantic endings with the other characters in the game, but there might be dlcs that will give you the chance to do that.

Also, you can form a friendship with the characters if you like :)

I'm not sure about the Spanish part yet.

A lot of things they are WORKING on, but best to throw some money at thier patron it gives more info AND you can talk to the creator directly when you join their question area
