If you meant the Wooden Shaft (the crafting material), we are planning to add a Shop system where you will be able to purchase a wooden shaft and various other items. Stay tuned for that update!
However, if you are referring to a Wooden Staff (the weapon), there is currently no option to recover deleted item in the game.
