Hi,
I recently messaged support about indexing, and they DID index my no payment game. However, my questions about a free game that accepts payments (and already had people put payments forth, which is the important bit) if they want to support me and my paid game that I wanted to have visibility for were unanswered. Here is the email I sent:
"Hello,
I found today that none of my games seem to be indexed, even the one that has payments completely turned off. I was wondering if there was some sort of error or I had made a mistake on my end, especially since one of my games was published Sept. 27, 2023 (Lewd Curse Trio). My other game that allows payments, Mansion Escape, was published Dec. 03, 2025. Now I understand there are some issues that may be still occuring do to payment processors, but I do have a free version of "Mansion Escape" that is always an update behind the paid version. If it being paid is an issue, would I be allowed to move the free version to its own page, with payments disabled? I have been struggling to get on my feet regarding my works, and most of my sales have been from my own posting of links on other sites (F95, Reddit, Twitter/X). I am a new and small enough developer that this matter is important.
If giving the free version its own page isn't enough, what changes/alterations would I need to do so that I can have my games indexed? And regarding Lewd Cursed Trio, since it is a game I don't ask money for, can I disable payments to have it indexed? Or, would the fact people have tipped me on that game impact that at all?
Sincerely,
PatchworkHeart"
