If you check your Character Tab and then Memories, you can see the people you lost your oral, anal, penile, etc virginity to. And if you check those people's profiles and their memories, at least in the last update I believe, you can see if you popped theirs and if they popped yours.
As far as I know, only the Best Friend acknowledges you lost your virginity to them, haven't tried with the Classroom Harasser yet.

And yes, The Classroom Harasser’s route was such a dizzyingly fun experience for me because I’ve always been curious about those intense, possessive interactions 😭 The whole bathroom scene had me so giddy and kicking my feet, especially when he went from “Want me to give you 24 hours to lose it to someone?” to “Just kidding. This 😼’s mine.” LIKE??? 😭🖤 and I wanna try one with the Roommate's boyfriend as well but it's such a long way to go tho lol.
