Hmm, I hadn't thought about that. Steam doesn't seem to sell books, but it might be possible to add this as a sort of add-on to a new edition of Blooming Flower, similar to how deluxe editions for games can contain a digital artbook and what-not.
I'm not sure if it's possible, considering this is an 18+ work, but I'll look into it.
