yeah as far as I know. I got the mercs. nobles and the criminal network. With that it goes up to 25%. After about 20 reloads i finally managed to win ALL the rolls during the assault but i still died for some reason.
you mean at the "war table" or council.. yeah i spent on all the 3 options, that's when i got a total of 25%. If i don't do that then i'm at 10% and if i wait to grind up more money and influence then it apparently goes down to 0%.
Well that is odd. Let me finish my next version on Arcane Prodigy this weekend and I'll dig into it. I relooked at the code and there wasn't any time based penalty, but I might just be misremembering as this was completed a good while back now.
