Thanks! I figured out the likely issue: my project is still on Godot 4.2.1, while the pack seems to require Godot 4.4 or newer.

I’m considering upgrading the project to 4.4. I’m also using strict typing, so I may need to adjust the scripts, but that should be manageable.

Just to confirm: is Godot 4.4+ the intended minimum version for this VFX pack?

Yes because I made in 4.4. but as a new update comes out, I update the pack as well, i.e. the current version was converted to 4.6 from 4.4. but it should work in 4 .4 as well because not much of the codes changed in-between.
