There's a chance that when you leave Amanda's lab, you might have the option to follow her to her room. You'll certainly like what you see there, but unfortunately, you can't participate.
It will be noticeable that you triggered this event when the new images of her appear, but for that to happen, I think your relationship needs to be at its maximum level.
