hi there! my partner is having an issue on android where i'm receiving their messages, but they're not receiving mine. we've looked in settings and everything looks the same there, so we're not sure what's going on or if there's a fix for it. they have a moto g stylus 2025 as their phone if that contributes at all to their issue, but it didn't work on their previous phone either. the rest of the app works fine for them, they just can't receive messages for some reason.
