Were you able to fix it? having the same issues
im able to fix the problem when you extract the file form the zip folder send a copy to the desktop and change the target file to
C:\Users\mrx\Downloads\gamma-emerald-win\Windows\PokemonEmerald.exe -d3d11
add -d3d11 at the very end of then play it from the desktop
