Ready when you are! anyway to collab without discord?
What you suggest instead of Discord? What will be comfortable to you? I also use Signal and Telegram. How about this?

The GodotTogether plugin isn't useable. Check out it's github page.
A messanger is mandatory and Discord is preferable 'cause it's stream functionality namely the share screen.
