Github has a emulator for android that runs windows called winlator. I hope this helps anybody with trouble shooting (also for devs: YOU GOT THIS!!!)
TERRIBLE way to emulate windows games, winlator was mostly made for windows applications. Gamenative and Gamehub Are WAY better alternatives for windows (gaming) both on github and gamehub is on the android playstore but can't import your own exe's
