Always good to see another pregnancy fan! Game looks interesting, I was thinking of making a climax system where each action increases an orgasm variable till it gets to 100, and then a cg shows my MC's climax, and then it goes to the top of the interaction.
If that sounds interesting to you, feel free to use it as well. I myself am thinking of having each action increase the variable amount by a range of like 10/15-30/40 that way it doesn't feel as repetative.
