I’ve been working hard on preparing a new project for crowdfunding! It is called Soot and Charms: Boston and its a setting guide and ttrpg based in an alternate and magical 1800’s Boston. It’s the brainchild of my good friends Nathan and Morghan Harris, who first visited this version of Boston in their 2-page comic, To Charm a Train.

The book will be full of useful details for you to get to know the setting, see the magic behind the mundane object illustrations and explore Boston’s power structure. The game will be using a simple system called Hopes and Dreams where players and GM’s build dice pools and use relevant skills or knowledge bonus dice.
