Well, to be fair, the game still often make allusions to it happening, like for exemple the female cast mentioning that there isn't only girls in your harem, or an other example is the MC after getting punched saying that "It's throbbing harder than Nate's cock when you give him compliments"

I've got the setting turned off as well, but let's be honest here this isn't really a fix, the toggle isn't doing anything more than an auto-skip of the explicit scenes, and it's been bugging me a little as well.
