This was INCREDIBLE! What a beautiful short story. I love the way you chose to end it, emphasizing the value of togetherness. The other animals didn't formulate some plan of action and the cat didn't ask or expect them to.

I feel like so often in storytelling, there is so much focus on fixing everything/neutralizing the antagonist. That is not usually what happens in life, and I think it is very important to have stories that reflect that: not everything neatly wraps up, not everything ends when or how we want it to, but that doesn't mean it was all for nothing.  Cozy stories are at their best when they don't shy away from the discomfort of life and don't try to magic it away.

I also love how much small gestures and quiet companionship are valued in the story. This is not done enough in fiction, and it really stood out to me.

The illustrations and musical score are also delightful.  Whoever sings the main theme has a lovely singing voice. Honestly, everything about this game is very well-put-together. This is definitely a game I will be coming back to :)

Thank you so much for sharing this game.
