I saw a comment from an old user that says the update will release like 18:00 in the USA but they didnt say the exact time zone so idk but if you live in europe or near the baltic countries when the update will be at like 1-5 am for you most likely

For us its gonna be like at midnight and 42 minutes bc we got 6 hours of difference from USA if im not wrong
yes but it depends on which state he lives in as it can be a 6-9 hour difference
