Yeah it is really strange , but i seem to have found the fix for it , i changed the drive rom to a 1571 instead of 1541 , now it works fine , i tried it on another computer with vice too , it just does not boot with a 1541 drive , strange. , the same behaviour goes for my C64 ultimate , changed it to 1571 and it works now. At least i can play it now haha :)
