In the escape room on the fourth floor, it's almost impossible to score below 15 points on Despair difficulty. My opponent's score is too low, and the rent won't increase. Did I miss something?
It is hard but there will be a combination of actions which will give you a low enough score. You will need to look at the room and select the correct outfit before hand. There is a guide on the discord with the scoring.
