I believe both “Revenge of the homeless” and “Revenge of the homeless before the flight” are relatively new additions (around version 0.95).
At the moment, there is no fully confirmed guide for these two endings yet.
However, based on what we know so far, they seem to be related to:

• Your rent situation
• Interactions with Mr. Landlord

So you may need to experiment with different choices involving rent and landlord-related events.

About “Secret BigDaddyHurt Epilogue”:

This ending used to be bugged, but it has been fixed in version 0.96.

Here’s the current method:

• Keep visiting BigDaddyHurt
• Continue until you trigger the Dinner Scene
• After that, visit him again (this should be around the 5th visit)

Once all events are completed:

👉🏻 Proceed to get the “They know…” ending
➡️ This should unlock the Secret BigDaddyHurt Epilogue
