I also found the Tem Flakes and a savepoint by the bed, were they supposed to be new or were they there since the beginning?
Save points should always be with a bed, I'm not sure about the temflakes though

The temflakes were in the walls in the room before the maze. Look for a small notch/chip in the wall then interact with it
The temmie flakes are used for the maze (use inspect)
