Well well, would you look at that. What a nice surprise and a big update.
Loved the new character/mini-game and the mine section, I just have some suggestions to make the mine better, these are just some of my dumb ideas to give you some inspiration. Can't wait for our bunny gal rework <3.
- The rats could use some love in the way they behave to make them more interesting and manageable. Make it so some rats try to sneak up on you from behind while you don't have direct line of sight, and if there is a small group let's say 4 rats and 1 of em gets close, and you slay it, the others will disperse and regroup with other rats, if the group is larger they will immediately pounce to you. Also, maybe they could have a small decrease in their spawn rate.
- The exhaustion system from attacking feels weirdly implemented. It feels way too punishing since the rats swarm you so quickly and you end up defenseless while trying to attack the rats, maybe it could have an interaction with the sex scenes, make it a stat that can be upgraded and makes you cum slower the more you have. Also, maybe implementing some abilities like a backdash that could take a big amount of your stamina and help you get out of a swarm of rats.
- Weapon handling could need some adjustments and the equipment is a little weird. It feels weird how the bow works, yet it is abysmally better than the crossbow, most of the time it makes you stay animation locked and for some reason it doesn't let me change to my melee weapon most of the time, maybe the crossbow could be reworked by making it stronger but with only 1 shot that pierces easily a lot of enemies, having a lengthy reload but being a quick draw of raw power that can be shot as quick as you equip it. I did not understand how the armor works, maybe you could rework the inventory so you can actually equip your items, but this is not that important to address as the crossbow.
- UI on the mine could have some small adjustments. Tbh this is a really small qol implentation that would make it better, small adjustments like making the health and mana bar bigger and brighter for better clarity, also it would be nice to have a bar to see how much stamina you have.
- Exploration and visibility on the mine. This is mostly a preference of mine and not that important, you could make it so the mine as you explore it you "map" part of it, this would make the parts that you explored slightly lighter if you explored that area and got out alive. Or you could also just make it so you can buy and place torches, also make it so the more lamps you buy the longer you can have you small aoe of light.
