Well he is 3 years older and is standing a lot straighter that he did as a prince/freshly crowned emperor. He is simply holding a more regal posture because he is on a diplomatic visit to another civilization because that (along with the new muscle) is what he is expected to do to show the strength of the Adastrans/Wolves.
