You're looking for a manhole somewhere on the upper right in this location. He will lead you to the trading post. There will be a dude who will tell you that he saw a mutant running away towards Armageddon City. There will be a guard who will say that a mutant ran through the intersection and escaped through the north entrance. Then Aida realizes that she needs to go to a radioactive statue in the form of a huge stone ass. There you will find out that the mutant turned out to be a psycho from the beginning of the game, who worships this radioactive statue.
