I'm sorry you're feeling let down right now. The Steam version is the standard/censored edition (to follow Steam's rules), so the NSFW content isn't included by default. It's not a scam at all, though! There's a membership extra benefits patch that fully unlocks everything as an exclusive perk.
If you got it on Steam, just head over to our Twitter (https://x.com/Nzzzz), download the latest membership extra benefits patch there, and drop the files straight into your game's root folder (where the .exe is). Restart the game, and the NSFW stuff should all be there and working.
