The game idea is really nice, art style, music, smooth gameplay everything is perfect. But i cannot figure out the villager's use. They duplicate everytime and maybe they repeat all the actions i performed when i was a villager but they sometimes stay stuck randomly. I also cannot figure out that level where vilagers are introduced, villagers die when they fall from above so does king so how can one descend from that height

Indeed, you control every character, but since you cannot control them all at once, you need to do it one by one.
Your villagers can move around and assume positions in the right places, so the king can reach the end with their help.
Tip: when jumping from a high distance you die, but if you land on the corpse of a villager, that might just break the fall. ;)
