Thanks for the report, I know what the problem is, and it will be fixed on the next update. Since then, just ignore Ryan's route (you don't miss too much), and when the next update appear, start a new game. Don't import your old save, it will not be compatible.
To unstuck, just use the left arrow button on the top left of the UI bar.
